Robin Cousins MBE
Created and choreographed by Olympic champion
Robin won the World Free Skating Championship Gold Medal three times (78,79,80) along with World Championship Silver and European Championship Gold before winning the Olympic Gold Medal at Lake Placid in 1980.
A highly successful career as a professional skater followed, appearing as special guest star with Holiday on Ice. He has since choreographed and or directed 10 productions for HOI with his latest show Tropicana due in the UK in Jan 2012.
Robin is the Head Judge on ITV’s very popular “Dancing on Ice”, which has just finished its 6th season and will be back again in 2012.
Robin has a longstanding involvement with Holiday on Ice, which has seen him star in, direct and choreograph numerous shows such as Celebration, Hollywood, Diamonds, Mystery and Spirit.

Lauren Taylor
British skater Lauren Taylor takes centre stage in the 2012 Holiday on Ice UK tour
Lauren is 26 years old and from Grimsby, N. E. Lincolnshire. She started skating in 1994 at Grimsby Leisure Centre, with coach Yvette Norton, after watching Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean compete in the '94 Olympics. In 2003 she began training at IceSheffield, Sheffield after enrolling at Sheffield Hallam University to study a degree in Social and Cultural Studies in Sport.
Lauren won the NISA Cup in 2005, 2006 and 2007, and was the Scottish Champion (level 10) in 2006. She also competed in an international competition in 2007.
During her time training at IceSheffield, Lauren also worked as a coach.
She turned professional in 2007 and joined Holiday on Ice. Lauren toured with the show 'Mystery' for three seasons, beginning as an ensemble skater and working her way up to principal.

ABOUT DARYA & EVGENY
Russian skating duo Darya & Evgeny join Holiday on Ice for the first time with Tropicana. The powerful couple have skated together for no less than 17 years! Evgeny’s passion for skating began at the age of four when his parents took him to their local ice rink. He then went on to study choreography and ballroom dancing at college. Darya started skating at the age of three. She is passionate about touring and her performances on the ice are strong and powerful.

Sarah-Yvonne Prytula

ABOUT SARAH-YVONNE
At the age of 6 Australian-born Sarah-Yvonne Prytula got interested in ice skating and went straight into skating school and private lessons in Sydney. With also 10 years of training in ballet she has developed a classical yet dynamic and charismatic skating style. After following the ‘Dancing In the Air’ Aerial School, Sarah-Yvonne will now shine with her aerial act in Tropicana.

Adam Kaplan
1998 US Junior Olympics Winner
Junior Medal winner Adam is a highly successful and passionate skater, winning 1st place in the Intermediate Pairs 1998 US Junior Olympics. Joining Holiday on Ice for the first time, Adam previously skated with Boston Ice Theatre and has been director of Figure Skating and coach at Dundalk Ice Dome in Dublin, Ireland for many years.
American-born Adam can’t wait to show the rest of the world his style of skating, enthusiasm for the sport and the art of dance.

Denys Petrov & Alona Kokhanevych
Denys was 12 years old when he saw his first Holiday on Ice Show and his instant reaction was “I want to be a part of this show!” so he joined the cast from 2003 to 2006 along with partner Alona where they skated in ‘Hollywood’ and the mesmerizing ‘Diamond’ production. Their skating double act has enthralled audiences around the world and their obvious devotion to each other can be seen in some truly impressive skating and evocative duets. Russian born Denys has a degree as a Specialist in Olympic sport and Figure Skating. Alona was part of the National Team of Ukraine from 1994-2001 bringing with her the team spirit required for the renowned Holiday on Ice productions. The ability for this pair to combine elegance and strength make them truly admired skaters.
